Your tasks

• As a (Senior) Consultant with a focus on Master Data Management (MDM), you will support renowned large corporations in solving a wide variety of MDM-related problems in the areas of digitalization, organization, process and project management.
• You will develop proposals for the redesign, optimization and automation of data maintenance and distribution processes in the areas of finance/controlling, customers/suppliers/business partners and material master data, and contribute to the further development of the corresponding master data reporting.
• You will contribute to requirements gathering and technical design during the implementation of MDM systems (generally focusing on SAP MDG) and support these processes during the implementation phase. You will work closely with project management and assist in preparing decision-making documents for senior management.
• From day 1 you are integrated into projects at our customers' locations, quickly receive responsibility for your own task packages and thus contribute to the project success.
• You are part of our professional, highly motivated and collegial consulting team and contribute to the conception and implementation of sustainable solutions for our customers.
• We would be delighted if you contributed your own ideas, drove internal topics and helped us shape the future and further development of EKC (part of the AKQUINET Group).

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your university studies, preferably in economics, computer science or engineering.
• Ideally, you already have practical experience alongside your studies in a management consultancy or a similarly relevant role (ideally in the area of ​​application support).
• Basic knowledge of web applications and JavaScript is advantageous, or the willingness to learn these within a very short time through internal training.
• Knowledge of other programming languages ​​is an advantage.
• Your strengths include analytical skills, a quick grasp of concepts, a high degree of independence and initiative, and a structured approach.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are a must.
• Furthermore, you are flexible, resilient, inventive, a team player, have a confident demeanor and a sense of humor.
