This is where you bring in the perfect climate:

• Your main responsibility is the development of new heat pumps as well as the further development of existing heat pumps and their components.
• You take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of development projects in the field of heat pump technology.
• Throughout the entire project lifecycle, you ensure a clear focus on quality, cost control, and timelines.
• You work closely with cross‑functional and international teams and act as a competent point of contact for all development‑related matters.
• Active involvement in the continuous improvement of our products and processes completes your area of responsibility.

This is how you really heat us up:

• Successfully completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal and Energy Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in project management, ideally in a technical development environment
• Knowledge of heating or refrigeration technology is an advantage
• You stand out through a structured, proactive, and self‑driven way of working
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration in international Teams
