To support the continued growth of the IT function, an opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead – SAP Business Applications. This role combines both technical and people leadership, overseeing a team of SAP consultants and developers. You will be responsible for driving change initiatives, setting priorities, and delivering robust SAP solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide both disciplinary and functional leadership, mentoring, and development of the SAP team

• Shape and evolve the SAP architecture within the broader IT landscape

• Oversee the enhancement, support, and maintenance of the SAP environment (including S/4HANA, cloud solutions, add-ons, and interfaces)

• Partner with business units and regional entities to optimise and standardise processes using SAP capabilities

• Analyse, assess, and implement business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners

• Manage relationships with third-party consultants and service providers

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, both from a technical and people perspective

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, business processes, and the wider SAP solution ecosystem

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting and implementation

• Demonstrated project management capabilities, including experience with SAP implementations and rollouts

• Fluent in German and English
