Production Manager Vulcanizing ( m/w/d)

Für unseren Bereich VULCH suchen wir einen engagierten Production Manager (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für den Produktionsbereich Vulcanizing mit sieben Teamleitungen.
• Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching der Teamleiter - Arbeiten auf Strategischer‑Ebene.
• Professionalisierung der Produktions- und Ressourcenplanung (Kapazitäten, Prioritäten, Wochen-/Sichtplanung).
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue, Kosten und Produktivität.
• Aufbau klarer Strukturen und Standards über alle Prozessschritte (Vorbereitung, Planung, Fertigung, Vulcanisierung, Reinigung, Qualitätskontrolle).
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse (Lean, CIP, Kaizen, 5S, OEE).
• Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten in Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Organisation.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie QS, Planung, Technik und Management.

Ihr Profil

• Technische Grundausbildung (EFZ) mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung im Produktions-/Prozessumfeld (z. B. Produktionsleiter/in Industrie FA, Industriefachmann/-frau, Prozessfachmann/-frau, technische HF).
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung – idealerweise über mehrere Teams bzw. Teamleitungen hinweg.
• Starke Kompetenzen in Produktionsplanung, Kapazitätsmanagement und Organisation komplexer Produktionsabläufe.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in Lean Management, CIP und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung.
• Ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und souveränes Auftreten.
• Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office/Excel, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
