Hours: 37 hrs/week | Contract Type: Full-time
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Support Assistant to join the Children and Family Services team. The successful candidate will provide key clerical support, improve data quality, and assist in a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, taking minutes, and supporting the delivery of essential services to families.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update information management systems.
Provide high-quality customer care via phone, email, and face-to-face.
Support data quality initiatives and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Organise meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate logistics for events.
Assist colleagues with urgent tasks and contribute to team efforts.
What the Client is Looking for:
Experience in administrative support, ideally in a public sector or Children and Family Services setting.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A flexible approach to work, including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Competitive hourly rate of £13.47/hr PAYE.
Hybrid working arrangement (1-2 days per week in the office).
