About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant in Shrewsbury, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic learning environment for students with diverse educational needs. Whether you are supporting students with SEN, guiding EAL learners, or assisting in the smooth running of general classroom activities, your contributions will directly impact their growth and success.

What We're Looking For:
Experience with SEN: Whether you've worked with children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning needs, your ability to adapt and provide tailored support is invaluable.
EAL Experience: If you have experience working with children who speak English as an additional language, you'll understand the importance of communication and language development in a multicultural classroom setting.
General Classroom Experience: Experience in supporting teachers and assisting in day-to-day classroom activities will help create a structured and engaging learning environment for all students.
Empathy and Patience: The ability to foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents is essential.
Team Player: Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other staff members is key to ensuring the academic and emotional well-being of every student.

What You'll Do:
Support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN or EAL needs.
Help students develop key skills, both academically and socially, through tailored support.
Promote an inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and respected.
Monitor student progress and help identify any additional support needs.
