Accompanying / Caring for Old People (m/f/d)

We are looking for personnel to accompany / care for elderly people patients, experienced and professional to work in house for old people in Germany.

With the following terms and conditions :

• Candidates of all genders.
• Full-time position.
• Salary from 2400€ net.
• Overtime compensation provided.
• Job Insurance included.
• 25 days of annual leave.
• Unlimited work contract.

Your responsibilities:

1. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Helping residents with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
2. Medication Management: Administering medications according to prescribed schedules and documenting medication intake.
3. Mobility Assistance: Assisting residents with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and using mobility aids.
4. Emotional Support: Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support to residents, especially those who may feel lonely or anxious.
5. Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or mental health status to medical staff.
6. Safety Supervision: Ensuring the safety of residents by monitoring their environment, preventing falls, and intervening in emergencies.
7. Meal Preparation: Assisting with meal preparation, serving meals, and feeding residents who require assistance.
8. Social Activities: Organizing and participating in recreational activities and social events to engage residents and promote socialization.
9. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of care provided, including vital signs, daily activities, and any changes in residents’ conditions.

Your qualifications:

• Completion of at least 3 years of university or vocational training.
• B1 level profiency in German

Required documents:

• CV
• Copy of pasport
• Birth certificate
• All academic certificates related to nursing studies, including completion certificates and grade transcripts with apostille
• Certificates of employment for experiences listed in the CV
• B1 German language certificate from an ALTE-certified institution (such as Goethe-Institut, TestDaf, ÖSD, Telc GmbH, or ELC)
• All documents not in German must be translated by a translator recognized in Germany

Additional information: The cost of living in Halle (Saale), Germany, is approximately €600 per month.
