IT Administrator (m/f/d)

You want to…

• independently provide local IT support at our Hamburg location.
• regularly check and maintain the IT infrastructure to meet technical requirements as well as qualification and validation requirements.
• manage day-to-day IT operations, including 1st and 2nd level support via a ticket system.
• independently implement and collaborate on local and cross-location IT projects.
• apply various IT procedures to improve efficiency, workflows, and employee satisfaction.
• coordinate the concerns and needs of employees, internal IT experts, and external suppliers and service providers.
• secure internal IT and communication systems and actively promote cybersecurity measures.
• provide support for the installation of new hardware and software and conduct training for employees.

We are looking for…

• completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Windows and Exchange as well as VMware.
• extensive experience with common IT architectures, network components, and concept development—ideally supplemented by knowledge of HP/HPE hardware environments.
• basic knowledge of firewall management, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• ideally, expertise in working with backup systems, Citrix-based environments, and automated software distribution (ACMP).
• preferably, initial experience with the technical connection of SAP S4 Hana in a private cloud.
• previous experience working independently on projects within the scope of administrative tasks.
• accuracy, reliability, and interest in complex IT systems.
• good communication skills and a strong motivation to develop professionally.
• fluent German and good English, as well as a willingness to travel occasionally within our national locations.
