In the role of an Air Freight Operations Specialist (f/m/d), you will own the end-to-end process of delivering high-quality transport services and comprehensive customer support, with a direct focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Shipments: Oversee shipments from booking to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Customer Support & Consulting: Advise and support clients throughout the entire logistics process, acting as a trusted partner.

• Partner Coordination: Conduct communication and coordination with key partners, including customs, airlines, and service providers.

• Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: Drive the quality of customer processes and workflows, leveraging data analysis to identify and implement continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in the air freight sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational workflows and best practices.

• A highly data-driven and organized work ethic, enabling you to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with partners and clients and manage complex tasks with composure.

• A proactive mindset and strong analytical skills to anticipate challenges and drive effective solutions.

• A high degree of motivation and resilience, thriving in a dynamic and demanding team environment.

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English, enabling seamless collaboration with our teams and partners.
