Your key responsibilities
Planning and organizing Europe-wide truck shipments
Dispatching inventory and ensuring timely coordination
Negotiating freight rates with forwarding and transport companies
Communication with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
Preparing shipping and export documents
Handling import processes, including customs formalities
Processing invoices (incoming goods, additional costs, sales)
Handling damage claims and complaints
- Negotiating sea freight rates
- Planning imports from third countries to Europe
- Communicating with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders
- Managing import procedures
- Preparing documentation
- Booking incoming goods and additional cost invoices

Full-time (40 hours/week)
Your key responsibilities
Technical consulting on feed rations in the field of enzymes / Macleaya Cordata
Creation and delivery of presentations and product trainings
Development and execution of marketing campaigns (brochures, LinkedIn, etc.)
Preparation of technical documents and sales materials
Technical support for sales in handling customer inquiries
Customer visits and travel to production sites
Ongoing development of your expertise in enzymes and feed additives
Location: Hamburg | Full-time or Part-time (37.5–40 hrs/week) | Starting immediately
Your key responsibilities
Manage and implement sustainability requirements (e.g., EUDR, ISCC)
Compile and verify sustainability documentation
Maintain, develop, and document internal sustainability processes
Prepare for, support, and follow up on ISCC audits; handle inquiries from authorities and auditors
Maintain QM documentation
Handle complaints and traceability research
Support product launches (e.g., document checks, creation of product data sheets, legal classification)
Location: Hamburg | Full-time or Part-time (35–40 hrs/week) | Starting immediately
Your key responsibilities
Management and tracking of export documents
Maintaining country-specific export requirements
Handling of product samples
Support with traceability research
Assisting in process documentation related to logistics
Organizing and filing supplier documents
Supporting the assessment and approval of new suppliers
Assisting in product launches and label checks
General support of the QM team in daily tasks
