Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Part-time (20–30 hrs/week), initially limited to approx. 24 months

You want to…

• develop innovative formulations that optimally showcase the benefits of our raw material portfolio.
• independently plan and carry out formulations on a lab scale.
• produce cosmetic prototypes together with external partners to support our sales team and trade fair appearances.
• create technical formulation dossiers to strengthen our technical marketing.
• independently perform and evaluate stability data and physical measurements.
• prepare technical data in the form of reports or presentations.
• participate in trade fairs and events and professionally represent our company there.

We are looking for…

• a successfully completed degree in cosmetic technology or chemistry, a completed training as CTA (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• technical understanding as well as initial professional experience in the development of cosmetic raw materials and/or solid experience in formulation development.
• enthusiasm for the world of cosmetics and routine in handling typical tasks in cosmetic or chemical laboratories.
• enjoyment of a structured and reliable way of working in an interdisciplinary and international team.
• creativity and a proactive approach.
• an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and confident English skills.
• proficient use of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
