Application Specialist Urinalysis (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors, and partners in the EMEA region for urinalysis analysers, reagents, and applications
- Handle requests on application as well as analytical issues including the appropriate documentation, processing and partly forwarding of service requests to relevant support units
- Develop and conduct product and application trainings to EMEA affiliates and distributors
- Provide installation and on-site support to our affiliates and distributors
- Lead and support product tests and evaluations
Your profile
- 2-5 years of working experience in the medical laboratory or IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) field
- Advanced knowledge and science background in urinalysis and/or microbiology/bacteriology are highly valued
- Experience in medical devices and/or IVD instrumentation, knowledge of laboratory practice, laboratory information systems and use of middle ware are strong assets
- Profound training skills (on-site and / or virtual support) are of advantage
- Effective written and spoken English communication and presentation skills
- Advanced communication skills in delivering complex information clearly
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility, collaboration, and positive attitude
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approx. 15 %)
