The Business Development Manager is to lead commercial growth across Europe. This is a high-impact role selling advanced technical solutions to enterprise clients, with plenty of autonomy and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across European markets

• Sell high-value engineering software solutions to senior stakeholders

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs

• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales

• Strong knowledge of Engineering Software, such as CAE tools

• Strong understanding of technical solutions and consultative selling

• Fluent in German and English

• Willingness to travel across Europe
