Please note that this position is based in Hamburg, Germany but includes frequent Business Travel within Northern Germany as well as to Scandinavia and Netherlands. Please only apply if Hamburg is your home location or you intend to relocate. Unfortunately we cannot offer relocation support.
Tasks
- Driving new business by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with maritime stakeholders across Northern Europe (Germany, Scandinavia and Netherlands).
- Supporting customers to ensure strong activation and adoption of our solutions.
- Collaborating closely with teams across regions to share best practices and translate customer insights into product and marketing feedback.
- Representing OceanScore at industry conferences and events to build visibility and relationships.
Requirements
☑️ For this role the following skills and experiences are required:
- Proven sales experience in the maritime sector as well as SaaS
- High emotional intelligence to quickly grasp maritime client needs and translate them into meaningful commercial opportunities
- Established network within German shipping and preferably across adjacent maritime markets
- Strong communicator with a relational mindset, using empathy to build trust and drive client success
- Professional level of German and English
