- ERP Systems & CRM: You'll be the central point of contact for our agency software (MOCO) and CRM system (HubSpot).
- You'll coordinate and optimize group-wide processes, ensure data quality and hygiene, and analyze relevant KPIs.
- Process Optimization: You'll identify improvement opportunities, support the implementation of new features, and foster best-practice exchange within the group.
- First-Level Support: You'll assist users with all questions regarding MOCO and HubSpot and serve as the interface to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create, evaluate, and present relevant reports for managing and further optimizing operational processes. Change Management: Moderate and guide discussions around system usage, process adjustments, and strategic development of the holding company.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in digital project management or client consulting, ideally in an agency, consulting firm, or agency environment.
- Excellent knowledge of digital tools and processes, ideally with initial experience in MOCO and HubSpot.
- Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for process optimization.
- High concentration ability and persistence for conscientious handling of recurring workflows.
- Strong communication skills, structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
- Experience dealing with demanding stakeholder environments and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration.
