Your main responsibilities:
Claim Management
Pre-selection of complaint cases based on defect classifications in the SAP QM interface
Independent processing of clear warranty cases as defined in the Group guideline
Quantity difference, obvious wrong delivery, 0-KM errors
Triggering of subsequent deliveries / credit notes
Active feedback of clarification statuses to Sales Units and direct customers
Quality Monitoring
Follow-up of ongoing clarification cases
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Preferable degree in industrial engineering or business administration
- Area of expertise/qualification: Customer Claim Management, Supplier Quality Management
- Very good knowledge of English
- IT applications knowledge: SAP R3, MS Office (explicit Outllook & Excel)
- Soft skills: Communicative, resilient, self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Level of seniority: <2>
