The position is available immediately on a full-time basis. Are you looking for a commercial role with variety and an international focus rather than a traditional assistant job? In this position, you will be responsible for the structured and smooth processing of international orders and will act as the central interface between customers, suppliers and internal departments.

Your tasks

• Independent processing and coordination of customer and supplier orders in international purchasing and sales
• Creation, checking and maintenance of order-related documents as well as invoice verification in the merchandise management system
• Processing of complaints
• International correspondence with customers, suppliers and service providers
• Maintenance of master data in the system
• Collaboration on the further development of procedures and processes
• General commercial activities in the day-to-day business of a service-oriented department

Your profile

• Completed commercial training in foreign trade or a comparable commercial field (e.g. industrial clerk; freight forwarding and logistics services)
• Very good written and spoken German and good written English
• Confident use of MS Office and experience with merchandise management systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central
• Structured, careful and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of thinking ahead, setting priorities and maintaining an overview even during busy periods
• Team-oriented and service-oriented personality with a professional manner
