Your tasks
• Independent processing of customer orders and reliable inventory management in our merchandise management system (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
• Organisation and control of internal logistics processes, including storage, retrieval and implementation of individual customer requirements
• Capacity planning for optimal use of our storage and handling areas
• Planning and organising national and international transport, including the preparation of all necessary transport and accompanying documents
• Shipping processing and invoicing of services rendered
• Direct contact with international customers and interface partners – you are the point of contact and co-creator of successful customer relationships
• Special focus: Structured induction & further training
Your profile
We understand that professional excellence takes time and support. In addition, we specifically promote your professional and personal development through participation in external training courses and further education measures.
• Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training
• (Initial) experience in commercial processing and logistics processes is desirable but not essential
• Enthusiasm and interest in organising, structuring and developing work processes
• Interest and flexibility to learn something new every day
• Sociability, communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good/fluent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
