As Country Manager Switzerland (m/f/d), you will become part of the Markets Team and further develop the Swiss market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives and projects

• Identify and develop locally relevant marketing activities
• Support the marketplace model by generating new local leads
• Collaborate closely with various departments, such as marketing, tech teams, logistics, or customer service
• Identify and implement measures to improve the customer experience
• Manage internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Monitor local performance and shop KPIs
• Support the Markets Team with in-depth analyses, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field

• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
• High motivation as well as a structured and independent working style
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
• Very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
