Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) - Sales Departement

Responsibilities:

• Support order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
• Verification and control of invoices, contracts, and administrative documents
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure workflow continuity
• Communication with clients and suppliers
• Data entry and updates in management (ERP) systems
• Document management and archiving (both physical and digital)
• Collaboration with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Accuracy and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
