• Ensure high‑quality, complete and reliable product data and media assets across systems and channels
• Support business teams by providing accurate data foundations for launches, updates and daily operations
• Maintain and update product information, metadata and classifications in alignment with internal standards
• Handle media and content management activities, including organizing, structuring and maintaining assets
• Conduct basic data quality checks and support transparency through simple reportings
• Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, structures and tools, contributing to continuous enhancement
  
• Create and maintain clear, user‑friendly documentation for processes, templates and standards
• Support colleagues and stakeholders with guidance, training and day‑to‑day questions related to product data

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working with data
• Ability to learn and navigate product data systems (e.g., PIM, MAM, PLM) and adapt to new tools (Enterprise Tools) quickly
• Solid analytical skills to identify data inconsistencies and support ongoing quality improvements
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and support stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot optimization opportunities in processes and workflows
• Understanding of digital product information, content structures or data management principles
• Ability to create clear documentation and follow defined standards and guidelines
• Professional working proficiency in English; German is beneficial but not mandatory
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
