Your main responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for international Sales Units regarding IT support and finance-related service requests.
• Act as an in-house consultant and central Application Management expert for SAP Business One, particularly in finance operations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage external implementation partners.
• Create and maintain SAP Business One reports and SQL queries to support evolving finance processes.
• Provide first-level communication and assistance to internal customers on finance and general support topics.
• Collaborate with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support teams, as well as with external IT vendors and partners.
• Work closely with the operations department, offering both technical insight and administrative support.
• Ensure continuous improvement and alignment with agile methodologies (e.g., KANBAN).

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• University degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience with SAP Business One , ideally with a focus on finance modules ( SAP Business One certification)
• Solid understanding of finance processes and workflows in SAP Business One.
• Advanced technical knowledge of SAP HANA or Microsoft SQL databases.
• Familiarity with agile project management (KANBAN preferred).
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams , Confluence , or similar.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in continuous learning and knowledge sharing across IT and finance domains.
