As a Global Sales & Operations Enablement Manager (d/w/m), you are the architect of our global sales engine. Your mission is to turn our training and licensing products into sales-ready execution. You bridge the gap between product strategy and scalable revenue, ensuring our global sales organization operates with maximum efficiency, consistency, and speed.
You work at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and CRM, shaping the frameworks, digital assets, and automation flows that enable both high-velocity SMB conversions and sophisticated Enterprise partnerships. Success is measured by operational excellence, the impact of automation, and the seamless adoption of global sales standards.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Motion Design & Conversion Optimization
- Design and continuously refine the "blueprints" for our global sales motions (from automated SMB paths to high-touch Enterprise cycles).
- Ensure every stage of the funnel is backed by clear documentation, smart automation, and high-impact sales materials.
- Optimize the transition from lead to deal to minimize friction and maximize sales velocity.

Content Strategy & Sales Assets
- Conceptually lead the creation of "sales-ready" content: from high-converting pitch decks and one-pagers to complex playbooks and pricing models.
- Translate customer success stories into compelling, data-driven sales arguments (proof points) that resonate across global markets.
- Maintain the global sales content library as a single source of truth for all regional teams.

CRM Architecture & Digital Excellence (Pipedrive)
- Act as the strategic owner of our global Pipedrive instance, designing workflows that drive productivity rather than just tracking it.
- Build and optimize automated lead capture, qualification logic, and routing flows to reduce manual effort.
- Ensure data integrity and global consistency, turning the CRM into a reliable engine for forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Global GTM & Product Readiness
- Translate new product updates and GTM initiatives into actionable sales toolkits and training.
- Enable regional managers to roll out new offerings fast and consistently through standardized processes.
- Support the onboarding of new sales talent by providing the tools, logic, and systems they need to succeed from day one.

Performance Insights & Adoption
- Define and track core enablement metrics: pipeline health, conversion rates, and automation impact.
- Drive the adoption of global standards across all regions, ensuring that "The HYROX Way of Selling" is executed consistently worldwide.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and solve them through better tools or smarter workflows.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: Proven track record in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations—ideally in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strategic Mindset: You don’t just "support"; you design. You love translating complex product strategies into simple, scalable sales processes.
- Tech Fluency: Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a major plus) and a deep understanding of sales automation.
- Driven by Impact: You are structured and analytical, measuring your success by the efficiency gains of the teams you enable.
- Bonus Points: A second language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) and experience working with international teams.
