YOUR TASKS
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for steel tower components
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive agreements
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers worldwide for quality and cost efficiency
- Manage commercial discussions and contract negotiations with key partners
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sourcing needs and align strategies
- Support innovation and sustainability within the supply chain
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement roles
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills with proven supplier management experience
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in a multicultural environment
- High adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
