What you will do
As Group Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic development and international success of the Mounting portfolio within the Business Unit Industrial Trade & Converting. You shape global marketing and sales strategies, lead product management and cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Production, and regional organizations to drive sustainable growth and profitability across international markets.
Your tasks include:
Developing and implementing international marketing and sales strategies for the Mounting assortment of the Business Unit Industrial Trade and Converting.
Driving the strategic and profitable development of these product categories, including portfolio optimization and new product initiatives
Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and business planning to global market launch and post-launch activities
Defining and managing product positioning, pricing, and business plans, and taking ownership of revenue and margin development, particularly for newly launched products
Initiating and steering international launch projects, communication concepts, and market activities in close collaboration with Sales and regional teams
Direct leadership, coaching and development of the Mounting Product Management Team
Leading cross-functional teams and acting as a key interface between global Sales, R&D, Production, and other integrated functions
Building strong market, customer, and competitive insight through analyses and active customer engagement across the value chain
What you will need
Master's Degree in business administration, marketing, economics, engineering, or a comparable field
Extensive relevant professional experience (approx. 8+ years), including experience in B2B business, project management, sales, marketing and decision-making environments
Proven international experience and ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organization
Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills, combined with a structured and process-oriented way of working
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and acting as an interface between Sales, R&D, and Production
High level of self-motivation, communication skills, resilience, and willingness to travel internationally.
Very good English skills (spoken and written); additional languages, particularly German, are an advantage
