Tasks:
- You will head the market research department and be responsible for the process from preparing the offer to project follow-up
- You are responsible for the sales and results of your business area to the management
- You ensure the quality of the services using the range of methods used
- You lead a team of currently 6 employees, continuously develop it and use the employees optimally according to their skills
- You bundle existing expertise in market research and are responsible for the further development of existing products
- You optimize relevant processes in your business area, you optimize sales processes in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications
- In collaboration with the Head of Digital Products, you will support the transformation of suitable, existing market research products into the product shop (With the product shop, our customers can carry out typical, standardizable market research studies independently via a web interface)
- You present products, services, and research results at events, in webinars, or by writing specialist articles
- You are involved in the preparation and implementation of workshops
Must-have:
- You have a completed degree in statistics, sociology, business administration or comparable training or professional qualifications with an empirical focus
- You have sufficient professional and management experience, ideally on both the company and institute side
- You have proven success in managing complex market research projects and in leading topic related expert teams
- Ideally, you have experience in managing and developing a business unit or have strong motivation to do so
- You are enthusiastic about data, insights, and customer contact as well as the ambition to further develop our existing team and the business area for which you are responsible with high standards
- You have an independent, committed, careful, innovative and structured way of working as well as a very high-quality awareness and demands on your own work
- Ability to combine maximum customer orientation with business goal orientation
- You have business fluent German and English skills
- You are a team player and enjoy building a heterogeneous team, leading it, creating new things together and continually improving
