The Seller Center New Business Team is the first point of contact for brands and retailers interested in collaborating with ABOUT YOU. The team’s goal is to identify and qualify new partners for our marketplace models, select the optimal partnership model, and gather all relevant information for a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, the team negotiates terms, finalizes contracts, and ensures that our partners are fully prepared for integration onto the platform.

As an Intern Marketplace Business Development (m/f/d) , you will support the team in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, contribute to guiding them through the technical integration process, and assisting with various business development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build a solid understanding of our partnership models and the ideal seller profile

• Independently research and evaluate potential fashion brands and retailers for our partnership models
• Support the design, execution, and optimization of sales and CRM communication activities via HubSpot, including lead generation and data enrichment
• Assist with marketing activities, e.g., planning and coordinating sponsored articles in trade media
• Review company-specific data and support the onboarding process of new brands
• Proactively approach relevant partners and present ABOUT YOU as a platform
• Assist planning and coordination of partner events

Requirements

• Studies in Business Administration or a comparable field

• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive work style
• Structured and independent working style with high self-organization
• Initial experience with CRM systems or HubSpot is a plus
• Experience with content creation like Videos and Whitepapers is a plus
