Tasks:
- Contribute to risk-oriented audit planning
- Execute internal audits (preparation, fieldwork, and report-writing) in a wide range of audit topics at the Regional Headquarters as well as for all affiliated companies in the EMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Monitor and enhance internal control systems
- Analyse and evaluate business processes for efficiency and effectiveness, including testing of J-SOX controls
- Elaborate audit results, align those and the corresponding audit measures with the responsible parties and prepare an audit report
- Follow-up of agreed action plans
Your Profile:
- Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years of professional experience in an internal or external audit department or a comparable environment (accounting, controlling, etc.)
- Preferably first experience in IT audits and also first steps in dealing with SAP S4/Hana
- Knowledge of TeamMate+ or a comparable audit software is advantageous
- Independent, structured way of working with a process-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- The position involves approximately 20% travelling
