How will you make an impact:

Are you a numbers enthusiast with a knack for precision and a passion for financial clarity? We are looking for a motivated Junior Commercial & Billing Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations—bridging the gap between meticulous data management and strategic commercial support. If you thrive in an international environment and believe that high-level accounting and a good laugh at the coffee machine go hand-in-hand, we’d love to meet you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Billing:

• Preparatory accounting tasks

• Data maintenance for billing (master data creation, Salesforce)

• Spreadsheet management and complex calculations

• Creating and distributing client reports

• Dunning and accounts receivable management

• Independent handling of various administrative tasks

• Close collaboration within the billing team, including regular communication and a good sense of humor

Commercial Management:

• Preparing and supporting Department Leads and international MDs with financial planning

• Monitoring and optimizing intercompany billing processes

• Assisting in maintaining and improving data quality within the CRM system

• Setting up and expanding dashboards and KPIs for comprehensive evaluation and decision-making

The person we are looking for...

• Has ideally previous professional experience (min. 1+ years) in a comparable role.

• Is proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (specifically advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills).

• Has an analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and a critical way of thinking.

• Is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German and English skills (min. C1).

• Acts with an independent, solution-oriented, and proactive approach, combined with a precise and structured way of working.

• Has a strong sense of quality, high attention to detail, and accuracy.

• Is a team player who remains resilient under pressure and stays flexible in a dynamic environment.
