FACTS
You will actively shape the transformation toward a data-driven organization. You will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of strategies to promote data awareness and data literacy, and you will further develop processes, standards, and tools in the context of data governance:
- You advise departments on the possibilities of data-driven business models, design them and implement resulting IT projects
- You promote a company-wide data culture through communication, training and targeted impulses
- You will be involved in cross-cutting initiatives relating to data contracts, data quality, data catalog management, information security and data ownership
- You create concepts, plans and studies
- You evaluate suppliers for IT services and select them in consultation with your supervisor
- You conduct and moderate cross-functional workshops and meetings

- Successfully completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, communication sciences, social sciences or a comparable course of study
- Strong strategic thinking skills and interest in designing company-wide processes in the data context
- very good communication skills, especially in the context of change management, moderation and stakeholder management
- strong understanding of advice and support
- First practical experience in data governance or related fields such as data management, data architecture or compliance is desirable
- very good knowledge of English and German
