Meet Your Team: Growth Marketing

Full-time storytellers and product-sellers; committed creators and curators. Our Growth Marketing team specializes in everything from building the adjoe brand to showcasing the success of its niche tech products. This team of graphic designers, event planners, product marketers, content writers, and sales enablement specialists is on a mission to build adjoe’s brand and partnerships across the industry.
Our Growth Marketing team thrives on creating a better customer journey, educating customers about our products, unifying our visual identity, and highlighting what it means to be a member of the adjoe community.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events and collaboration with various stakeholders. Your main focus will be on internal cultural events such as Hackathon, quarterly team events, afterworks, etc.
  • Assist with logistics (venue, vendors, travel, materials) and coordinate with partners, agencies, and organizers under senior team guidance.
  • Help prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure smooth coordination with finance and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and People teams to ensure events align with employer branding, business and culture objectives.
  • Maintain timelines, checklists, and project trackers to ensure all event tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Collect feedback and performance data after events and improve processes and documentation to support future planning and team efficiency.
  • Support adjoe teams on travel arrangements via our travel management system, Travelperk.
  • You will be our main stakeholder for creating an internal Merch strategy used for employees including, planning, tracking, and distributing.

  • You stay calm under pressure and manage timelines effectively, even during busy event periods.
  • You bring enthusiasm and creativity into each project, always looking for ways to make the experience more engaging.
  • You take ownership of your tasks while staying closely aligned with more senior event managers.
  • You are eager to learn about event strategy, branding, project management, and how events contribute to business goals.
  • You help build smooth workflows and contribute ideas to improve how the team plans and runs events.
  • You can think on your feet and are ready to come up with pragmatic solutions to suggest to the team at the drop of a hat to make sure everything runs smoothly.
