WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:
Organizational skills, service orientation, and a positive attitude are very important in our team. Do you have all of these qualities? Then we are looking for you to join us on February 1, 2026, as an Office Manager who will ensure that our office runs smoothly and that guests and colleagues feel well taken care of.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professional welcoming, support and hospitality for our guests
- Answering the telephone switchboard and being the first point of contact for colleagues and external contacts
- Processing correspondence and written documents
- Organising day-to-day office tasks – from administration to ordering materials
- Planning and supporting meetings and internal events
- Supporting with special tasks and projects
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in office management with experience in office management or similar fields
- Very good MS Office skills and confident use of modern collaboration tools
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Confident manner combined with initiative, flexibility and resilience
- Team-oriented personality with a high degree of loyalty and reliability
- Strong communication skills and a high level of social competence and commitment
