The Outlet team is divided into three core areas: 1) Tech & Product, 2) Marketing & CRM, and 3) Business Development & Supply Side. We are a young, international team working together in a modern office located in the heart of downtown Hamburg.

To support our growing Marketing team, we are looking for a (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on shaping, analyzing, and developing our performance marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. Paid Social, SEA, Display)

• Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Supporting budget control and allocation
• Preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Close collaboration with internal teams such as Tech, Content, and Business Intelligence
• Researching new trends, tools, and platforms in performance marketing

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business, marketing, media, or a comparable field

• Initial hands-on experience or several years of professional experience in online marketing or e-commerce (e.g. internships, working student roles, or full-time positions)
• Passion for digital advertising and data-driven work
• Strong analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers and KPIs
• Structured and independent working style
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Very good English skills
