(Junior) Project Manager EMEA (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
As a (Junior) Project Manager EMEA, you’ll support project managers across the region by keeping documentation on point, providing tools and templates, and jumping into projects when needed. You'll also help shape project management trainings, improve internal processes, and take ownership of key tools like Power BI. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference – we’d love to hear from you!
You will actively shape the future of our project management landscape across EMEA and take detailed responsibility for:
EMEA-wide project management support
- Ensure the availability and quality of standard project management documents, keeping them up to date as ‘living documents’
- Provide first-level support to project managers by delivering templates, tools, and guidance when needed
- Offer hands-on support to project managers, team leads, or supervisors by actively contributing to projects as a team member when required
Project management training coordination
- Organize training schedules and support trainers in preparing and delivering project management training
- Contribute to the development of new training formats and learning concepts
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to training in close collaboration with relevant departments
- Act as the first point of contact for project management–related training questions
Capacity management tool ownership
- Take responsibility for managing and further developing the capacity management process and associated tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes
Your profile
You’re a great match for this role if you combine a background in business or project management with a hands-on, solution-driven mindset and a high level of adaptability. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, ideally with a project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2)
- First work experience in project management or related areas is desirable
- Experience with Power BI report development is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver results on time and with high quality, even in challenging and fast-changing environments
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture and think beyond the obvious
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, outcome-driven mindset
- Preferably experience in leading or supporting projects, including preparing business case
- Fluent in written and spoken English
