Job description
- You will work closely with your colleagues in the key account team and ensure coordinated support for important customers
- You will look after selected customers independently - from initial coordination to operational implementation in day-to-day business
- Supporting customer publishers is one of your tasks: You ensure that information, timings and measures are optimally interlinked
- You support our sales force, which looks after the book trade, and help to efficiently implement customer data and campaigns
- You organise back-office topics independently, bring structure to processes and ensure reliable administration
- You create reports, analyses and listing documents for the team and customers to enable well-founded decisions and smooth cooperation
Requirements
- You have completed training or a degree and ideally have some experience in book sales as well as industry knowledge in the book trade
- Working independently and on your own responsibility is a matter of course for you; you like to explore new topics quickly
- You use your analytical skills in a targeted manner: You work confidently with Excel and enjoy translating figures into helpful insights
- You communicate clearly and in a friendly manner, both verbally and in writing, maintain an overview even with many parallel topics and approach challenges pragmatically
- working in a dynamic team motivates you - you actively participate and contribute constructively
- your very good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate precisely and comprehensibly
- you show your passion for books and publishing programmes in your daily work and want to bring this enthusiasm to the team
