As a Load Calculation Tooling Engineer (m/w/d) in the wind energy sector, you design and maintain software solutions that support critical load calculation workflows for turbine development. You work closely with engineering teams to improve processes, ensure safety standards, and enable reliable certification.

YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (C#, Python, ASP.NET, SQL) to support and improve internal load calculation workflows.

• Translate technical requirements into efficient, reliable software solutions.

• Develop optimization tools and simulation software to enhance engineering processes.

• Integrate external design and simulation software into internal toolchains for seamless workflows.

• Automate reporting processes for certification, documentation, and quality standards.

• Provide customized software tools to support load calculation engineers in their daily work.

• Conduct site-specific load simulations and contribute to feasibility assessments and certification support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on simulation methodologies, controller optimization, and component design.

• Continuously improve engineering toolchains, workflows, and processes. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.

• Strong programming skills in C# and Python (mandatory).

• Experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL databases.

• Familiar with the integration of simulation software in engineering processes.

• Background in load calculation, simulation, or related engineering roles is a plus

• Very good English and German language skills.

• Analytical thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
