We’re looking for an experienced Technology Lead or Platform Architect to help us shape and modernise our enterprise systems landscape.

You’ll take on overall technical responsibility for platform operations and act as the key link between infrastructure, development, and external partners. Together with you, we aim to continuously enhance our environment and drive forward innovations in cloud, integration, and user experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of our core enterprise platform with a focus on stability, security, and scalability

• Lead and support technical projects , such as system upgrades, cloud transitions, and implementation of new platform components

• Develop and maintain our technical roadmap (operating model, architectural principles, modernisation strategy) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners

• Coordinate technical topics across infrastructure, development, and interfaces, while acting as the point of contact for external providers

• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise on strategic architecture decisions

• Provide hands-on support for implementations and act as a technical contact for development and integration topics

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or a related field

• Several years of experience in enterprise technology platforms with a strong background in infrastructure and cloud

• Good knowledge of modern integration and development approaches

• Experience with user interface frameworks and service-oriented architectures

• Ideally, some programming skills to handle smaller technical tasks

• Strong architectural mindset, with knowledge of operating models and modernisation principles

• Excellent communication skills, decisive, and comfortable working in cross-functional, international team
