• In this job, everything revolves around the preparation of heating and operating cost statements for a firmly assigned clientele in compliance with the legal requirements
• You are the contact person for all questions relating to heating and operating cost statements for your clientele, in writing, by telephone or e-mail
• processing daily correspondence from and with various contact persons is part of your daily routine
• you work closely with our upstream and downstream specialist departments with the aim of finding the best solution for the customer

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. i.e. industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification - we are open when it comes to professional experience, Your personality is much more important to us
• You are characterised by good written and spoken German
• You have a very good understanding of numbers and a very precise and conscientious way of working
