Your mission

In the role of Partner Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key business partners to promote growth and success for both sides. This role involves identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with partners that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. As a Partner Manager (m/f/d), you will act as the main point of contact for our partners and ensure seamless collaboration and maximisation of the value of partnerships through joint initiatives, sales opportunities and strategic projects.
  • You will develop and maintain close relationships with key partners, e.g. IT providers, to promote collaboration and mutual success
  • Identify potential new partners and opportunities for collaboration that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product and legal, to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor and measure the performance of joint projects, campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are in line with defined goals and KPIs
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales and business development opportunities within partner relationships
  • Regularly review and analyse partner performance and identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on partner performance, including revenue generation, opportunity pipeline and joint initiatives

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner management, business development or a similar role.
  • Several years of in-depth experience in the healthcare or nursing industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum language level C1)
