We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our HR team in a part-time position (50%). In this role, you will take partial responsibility for accurate and timely payroll processing for both blue-collar and white-collar employees across two Barry Callebaut sites. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and operational teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent processing of monthly payroll for employees at two sites
- Maintain and manage time tracking in ATOSS
- Ensure compliance with legal and collective agreement requirements
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and time management
- Prepare reports and analyses for HR and Finance
- Liaise with external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions
- Support HR administration, if necessary
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally with ATOSS
- Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
- Experience with shift models (early, late, night shifts) and related allowances
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality
- Strong communication and service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office
