As our Project Manager within the Danfoss Climate Solutions, Applications, Systems & Technology team, you will play a vital role focused on data center solutions, directly influencing the future of sustainable technologies.
You will collaborate across diverse teams in a global matrix organization, taking full ownership of key processes, tools, or responsibilities that drive us toward a more innovative and sustainable future. Your relentless drive and energy fuel your persistence and determination, while your strong networking and communication skills are essential to thriving in our dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee our diverse set of projects: Customer co-creation, change & process-related as well as innovation technology projects.
- Create comprehensive project plans: Defining key deliverables, crafting a stakeholder map, and breaking everything down into clear work packages.
- Ensure that we communicate regularly and openly, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Adhere to the project's activities, schedule, and resource commitments.
- Coordinate project communication to all relevant stakeholders – from operational to C- level management, internal to external.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business administration and ideally, you bring industry experience in data centers.
- At least 5 years of working experience.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams, across cultures.
- You can demonstrate proactive stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skillsYou exhibit a get-it-done mentality combined with being team player.
- Results-oriented, structured, and always striving for improvement.

- Proficiency in English is essential (German or Danish language is a plus).
