AY Fulfillment & Services is part of the Partner Business and the Partner Operations & Services division. Our job is to lay the groundwork for smooth processes in our partner models and to continuously optimize them in projects. We focus particularly on logistics, product data, analytics, and compliance.

As a Project Manager Fulfillment Services (m/f/d), you will be responsible for optimizing central e-commerce processes as part of strategic projects. From designing our compliance processes to launching new markets, you will use your expertise to ensure that our partners benefit from best-in-class services. Working closely with other ABOUT YOU teams (e.g., in logistics or IT), you will play a key role in planning and implementing large-scale projects. Sound exciting? Then apply now!

Responsibilities

• Independent project management: from business case evaluation and requirements definition to project design, implementation, and management

• Continuous optimization of our partner models (e.g., Fulfillment by About You) and the associated processes along the partner journey
• Support in introducing new business models and scaling them to new markets
• Further development of our structures in the area of partner compliance

Requirements

• Above-average university degree, ideally in a business-related field

• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, consulting, or a digital environment
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing solutions
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English and German
• Keen interest and good understanding of data and technical interfaces
• Strong personality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
