What you can expect:

• Project Management & Implementation: Lead and manage logistics projects with a focus on network and location studies, tenders,transformations, contract awards, and implementation support.
• Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing logistics and supply chain structures, develop future-oriented target concepts, and optimize logistics and material flow processes.
• Tender Management: Prepare tender documents (RFI/RFQ/RFP) including evaluation methodologies.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide functional leadership to interdisciplinary project teams and manage external service providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Project Control & Quality: Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
• Communication & Execution: Prepare and conduct workshops, presentations, and decision documents, and support projects through to go-live and beyond.

What we´re looking for:

• Qualification: Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in leading logistics or supply chain projects.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, service provider models, and tendering processes.
• Project Implementation: Experience in supporting the implementation of logistics projects is an advantage.
• Tools & Systems: Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), ideally knowledge of WMS / SAP EWM.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German and/or English skills (minimum C1 level).
• Working Style & Responsibility: Structured, analytical, and independent working approach combined with a high level of ownership.
• Communication & Teamwork: Confident presence at management and client level as well as strong teamwork skills.
