Your Tasks
The Regional Activation Manager is part of the Regional EUNA iCom team and reports into the Regional Operations & Activation Lead.
This role’s purpose is to deliver outstanding and OTIF campaign activation for Derma & Healthcare brands across all EUNA MUs in close cooperation with MU/local Activation teams, Regional Planning, Content and Analytics team and our Agencies’ Digital buying and Creative implementation Hubs.
Cross-Brand Excellence in campaign setups, processes and teams:
- Continually drive process and activation excellence across media and activation campaign plan
- Setting and management of the right KPIs across all channels
- Development of Best practice (Digital) activation for the Region (Orchestration, Assets, Viewability, Brand Safety, Optimization,..)
- Drive continual improvement of Golden Rules framework in collaboration with Global Media
- Ensure that local teams have the necessary expertise, understanding and investment to operate excellence in media and content implementation
- Own and steer Agency Digital Buying Hub operations
- Own and steer the EUNA Test & Learn agenda
- Support the setup and implementation of the right and consistent Martech and Adtech-Infrastructure across the region together with
Partners in Global Media/ Digital, BSS
- Key point of contact towards Global Media Activation team and local MU activation teams
Excellence in DHC Campaign activation and delivery:
- Manage and deliver regional campaign orchestrations in close cooperation with regional strategy and content teams, MUs and Agency partners
- Lead, steer and support MUs and local Activation Manager in delivering local campaign excellence in time and in full
Key performance metrics:
- Activation and campaign effectiveness, efficiency & excellence
Your Profile
- Min. 5+ years experiences in Media & Digital Communication in local Market and/or Regional/Global Role with strong expertise and understanding of integrated communication and digital excellence
- Strategic & process driven mindset
- High action orientation: Can translate strategy into concrete concepts and plans and deliver on time and in full against the plans
- Excellent analytical skills to drive a clear direction in a complex situation
- Proactive, ambitious, agile
- Fluent in English
