You are happy to take on these tasks:

• Responsibility for the optimal utilization of room capacities at the best possible rate
• Ensuring good, collegial and effective cooperation within the departments and with other hotel departments
• Receiving and processing reservation, group and meeting requests
• Supporting the entire booking process, including complaints processing and taking into account the franchise partner’s bonus systems
• You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
• You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
