About the role:
As the founding member of our team in Hamburg you will be responsible for building our presence in this strategically important market. You will help us grow our community of partners by introducing the Saltz App to Hamburg's most ambitious kitchens, from neighbourhood lunch spots and casual concepts to Michelin-starred restaurants, chef-driven venues, and event caterers.

Tasks
- Drive growth in Hamburg: Expand Saltz’s footprint by winning and building lasting relationships with HoReCa clients in Hamburg's market.
- Hunt for opportunities: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers who can benefit most from Saltz App.
- Proactive outreach: Engage prospects via calls, social media, and most importantly, in-person visits to chefs and restaurant managers.
- Show the impact: Lead demos that let chefs see how our app makes getting the right products delivered to their kitchen effortless and on time.
- Shape our success: Bring market insights, client feedback, and fresh ideas to refine our sales approach and influence product improvements.
Requirements
- Native German and proficiency in English
- You are comfortable spending most of your time out in the field, meeting chefs and restaurant managers face-to-face (field sales)
- You have a background in either restaurant operations (kitchen/management) or in field sales
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, you seek to understand a client's core challenges
- A genuine passion for the culinary world
- Bonus: You speak other languages fluently in addition to German or English.
