Your responsibilities

• Promote our medical study program as well as our preparatory courses and conclude contracts with new students
• Monitor your success KPIs, maintain statistics on enrollment numbers, and analyze the countries our students come from
• Advise prospective students and their families about study opportunities at UMCH
• Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, from the first inquiry through the enrollment process
• Contribute innovative ideas for new sales and recruitment strategies in collaboration with our marketing team
• Plan and coordinate education fairs, information events, and recruitment activities
• Support international applicants with guidance throughout the admission process

Your profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Management, or a related field (university or university of applied sciences)
• Experience in sales, student recruitment, international education, or client acquisition (B2B and/or B2C)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy
• A reliable, organized, and proactive personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
• Fluent Spanish and English (required)
• Additional language skills such as Portuguese are considered an advantage
• Ideally experience or insights into the education sector (universities, academies, training institutions, language schools, or recruitment services)
