As Senior Product Manager Wealth Solutions – Real Assets (m/f/d) you will play a key role at our location in Augsburg, Hamburg, Frankfurt on the Main or Amsterdam!

Your Responsibilities:

• You will lead projects for the design and launch of new investment products in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, targeting (semi-)professional and high-net-worth private clients as well as institutional investors within our Private Wealth Solutions and Institutional Clients divisions
• In close collaboration with our investment teams, you will define the investment strategy, select suitable assets, and develop the underlying business model
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the acquisition and product development process, serving as the key interface for sales — across both private and institutional channels
• You will conduct market analyses, benchmark competitive offerings, and evaluate the conditions of comparable real asset products to derive strategic insights
• You will actively contribute to the growth of our Private Wealth Solutions business and support the onboarding of new national and international distribution partners

What we look for:

• You have a degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field
• You have 5–8 years of professional experience in the real asset industry—ideally in transactions or product development
• You have a proactive mindset, enjoy working in a team, and keep a clear head even in complex situations
• You communicate confidently, lead teams with empathy and goal orientation, and have a talent for building long-term relationships—internally and externally
• You impress with your analytical thinking, keen eye for detail, and excellent time management
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with AI-powered tools is a plus
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
