In this role, you work at the interface of contract sales, customer needs and long-term service strategies for wind turbines. As a Service Sales Manager, you negotiate service agreements, support tenders and shape contract structures that contribute to safe and efficient wind farm operation. You collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Business Management and technical teams to ensure commercially and operationally sound outcomes.

YOUR TASKS

• Negotiate long-term service contracts and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
• Develop pre‑sales contract strategies and coordinate closely with sales, business management, legal and technical functions
• Prepare project‑specific pricing, quotations and tender documentation for service agreements
• Conduct contract amendments, renegotiations and renewals to reflect changes in scope or project needs
• Follow internal approval processes, including risk review, KYC procedures and project summaries
• Hand over signed contracts and amendments to Service Operations and support the knowledge database for tenders

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in negotiating service or commercial contracts, ideally in a technical or project‑driven environment, or equivalent background
• Strong understanding of contract structures, pricing logic and customer requirements in a B2B context
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, legal, technical and commercial teams during contract preparation and negotiation
• Structured working style with the ability to manage approvals, risk reviews and documentation requirements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present service offerings professionally, including clear cost‑benefit argumentation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends, customer needs and competitive situations
