Tasks

• Oversee daily operations of the spa
• Manage staff and ensure high standards of service
• Develop and implement spa programs and promotions
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and staff

Requirements

• Residency:Must have the right to work in the EU
• Language:Native German speaker
• Proven experience in spa management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
